n-Track Studio can turn your Mac into a recording studio. It provides a huge amount of professional tools, for recording and editing sounds in various ways. Also, n-Track Studio can seamlessly integrate with external equipment, which gives you many more possibilities. In other words, it is safe to say that the application has something for everyone, from beginners to experts.

n-Track Studio provides a modular user interface, with a wide array of controls. Besides its default panels, with audio channels and their corresponding mixers, you can bring up a myriad of tools on separate windows and dock them to the main interface. The available options are well illustrated and easy to find. If you have some basic knowledge about audio editing, mastering the application's controls won't be a challenge.

The application allows you to create as many audio channels as you need. As previously mentioned, each channel has a corresponding mixer, in the lower region of the user interface, on which you can adjust their volume and balance and make other fine tweaks. Furthermore, a series of controls are displayed next to each channel, which allow you to freeze the track, mute it, make it a solo and more.

You can import existing sound files from your local folders and use n-Track Studio's mixers and equalizers to fine tune the track. Additionally, you can record yourself with a microphone, on a channel of your choice, while playing a track from another channel. This gives you many interesting possibilities. For example, you may create a choir, with multiple voices, all by yourself. Of course, adding various predefined effects on your recording is another possibility. What's more, the application allows you to make parallel recordings, on separate channels, if you have more than one sound card.
